The Ahava Way is a tripartite mind/body system created to cultivate well-being from the inside out. Founded by spiritual teacher Siri Shiva S. Yogiji. The Practice focuses on three specific areas of wellness: Mind, Body and Nutrition. These three complementary parts seek to address our mind through meditation, body through physical fitness and nourishment by emphasizing a Sattvic or pure diet. The system utilizes yoga postures, breathing techniques, conscious consumption of food and meditation to expand our awareness, decrees stress while we bring balance of strength and flexibility to the body.
